10 years of fantastic service and value
Globeflight are proud to be celebrating their 10th year in business and, once again, receiving the PMR award for highest rated courier across all categories.
Globeflight is a young, enthusiastic and dynamic company which was inspired by the new Country’s democracy and entrepreneurial spirit. Managing Director, Eddie Meyer recalls starting out with deliveries from the boot of privately owned vehicles: “Our footprint now extends across Africa and beyond. In 2002, we were the first South African owned courier company to set up our own operation in the United Kingdom. This gave us a unique gateway to the rest of the world.”
Meyer says that “even with monumental growth, our company still adheres to the same values it did 10 years ago – and this is why we are so successful. A cutting edge IT system is being implemented this year which will allow us to maintain absolute control of every shipment. This, together with a new ‘owned’ office in Hong Kong next year, will keep us ahead of the competition.”
“We built this company on quality, passion, honesty and flexibility,” says Meyer. “Our continued investment in top quality people, together with our ability to remain flexible to offering tailor-made packages to meet customers’ individual needs have never changed.”
Meyer continues, “We still build relationships with our customers and they know we are in it for the long haul. We offer good old-fashioned service and value for money.
